What a winter we have had! I’m so glad spring is right around the corner. This year we are welcoming spring with an egg-citing activity-Delaware River Excursions Easter Bunny Train Ride & Egg Hunt in Phillipsburg, NJ! I’m really looking forward to this family activity.

The train ride leaves from the Historic Town of Phillipsburg, NJ, and winds around the scenic Delaware River. Trips run on March 28, 29, and April 4 at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm. The train ride features a banjo playing Hobo, a Juggler, and has a very special passenger-the Easter Bunny! The train travels along the river to Carpentersville, where it drops off passengers to an egg-filled glade in Historic Lime Kilns. While there, children can gather 4 Easter Eggs and pose for a photo with the Easter Bunny. Then, families can enjoy the scenic ride home.

Tickets are available now for purchase through The Delaware River Excursions.  Adult tickets are $18, children are $11 (ages 2-12), and tickets for infants sitting on an adult’s lap are $3.
